We will process your order within 24 hours and ship it to your address within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees may apply depending on your location and order size. You can track your order status online using the tracking number we provide. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. - Pet care services: We offer various pet care services on our website, such as grooming, training, boarding, walking, etc. You can browse our service menu and select the service you want to book. You will need to provide your name, phone number, email, pet's name, breed, age, and any special needs or preferences. You will also need to select a date and time slot for the service. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and send you a confirmation email with the details of the service provider and the location. You will need to pay for the service at the time of booking using one of our payment methods. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before the service without any penalty. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the service, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us and get a full refund. Here are the conditions for returning an item:
- You must return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Buyer will choose a shipping carrier of their choice and cover all shipping costs should a return require such services.
- A To Z Breed LLC, DBA, BullHauz Pet Care Services will not be held liable for any damage(s), loss/misplacement, delays, loss of finances, etc. should such and such occurrences take place during a customer's return process.
- The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not be damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- The item must be returned for a valid reason, such as receiving a wrong or defective product.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at atoz@bullhauz.com and provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will send you a return label and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used to place the order.
